South Africa grappling with severe drought
Negotiators from 190 countries are holding 2 weeks of talks in Paris to secure a new treaty on limiting greenhouse gas emissions. Meanwhile, South Africa has been going through its worst drought in more than 2 decades, as the 麻豆社's Nomsa Maseko reports.
