A French judge has issued an arrest warrant against Ivory Coast's parliament speaker Guillaume Soro, the man who's next in line to the presidency.
Ethiopia's government has told Focus on Africa that it is counting on the support of its partners to deal with more than 10 million people who will need food assistance because of the current severe drought.
