A young Taylor Swift fan from Australia has met her idol before a progressive condition takes away her hearing.

It was all made possible thanks to a social media campaign, organised by Jorja Hope's twin sister, Chloe.

The girls' mother, Melissa Hope, said, "for a 12-year-old school girl to mastermind this plan is just amazing."

On the meeting itself at a concert in Sydney, Melissa said when the curtains went back "Jorja caught a glimpse of her and just turned around to me and the tears and the pure excitement on her face was amazing. It's a moment I think I'll never forget."
