"You need to have forces on the ground to fight ISIS"

Syrian anti-government activist Raed Fares says British airstrikes on ISIS targets are a waste of time. The UK parliament votes on whether to launch airstrikes on ISIS in Syria today. Speaking from Idlib province Mr Fares says he was unaware of the UK vote:
