Coe: Russia could miss Rio Olympics

Speaking on the Today programme, he said that Russia had to prove its athletes were operating in a "safe and secure environment" and whether they did so or not before the games was "entirely a matter for them".
鈥淚f we don鈥檛 get the change we want, then I鈥檓 afraid the clean athletes are going to have to sit this out,鈥 he told presenter James Naughtie.
