James Naughtie signs off from the Today programme

James Naughtie has signed off for the last time after 21 years presenting the Today programme.

In the final minute of the programme he thanked the producers of the show and described how he had become "woven into the programme".

"All of you who listen need to be thanked too. Thank you."
