麻豆社 correspondent stumbles onto poachers tearing reef apart

The 麻豆社's Rupert Wingfield-Hayes has witnessed Chinese fishermen systematically destroying coral reefs in the South China Sea. He tells us how he came across the destruction, near a group of Philippine-controlled atolls in the Spratly Islands, and how what he saw left him shocked and confused.
