The diary of a 13-year-old Syrian refugee

Zouhour is a 13-year-old orphan from Daraa, South western Syria. She looks after her two young sisters and has been a refugee in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon for over two years.

She wants to be a journalist and recorded a diary about her life for the Today programme, which has been animated by graphic artist Dave McKean.
