Can A Computer Recognise Depression?
Facial-recognition technologies have been used in surveillance and security, now they're been used for medical purposes. Professor Louis-Philippe Morency of Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science and his team have come up with a system called MultiSense which aims to help in the treatment of depression.
