Refugee crisis: Europe must "confront reality head on"
Vast numbers of migrants and refugees have made their way to Europe in 2015, sparking a crisis as countries struggle to cope with the influx. The conflict in Syria continues to be by far the biggest driver of the migration. Volker Turk is assistant high commissioner for protection with the UN Refugees Agency.
