Would North Korea use a nuclear weapon first?
North Korea claims to have carried out a successful test of a hydrogen bomb. It raises fears that the country could soon have a usable nuclear weapon. But would it consider using such a weapon? Would it be a deterrent only, or could North Korea consider firing first? John Everard is a former British ambassador to North Korea.
