"You can achieve anything you put your mind to"
A concert with a difference takes place in Scotland tonight. It's an 'accessible concert', the first of its kind aimed specifically at an audience with disabilities. Special facilities include a dedicated taxi service and sign interpreters. The concert promoter is Howard Thorpe, founder of Able2UK, who has cerebral palsy himself. He told David Whitty the concert was a dream come true.
