Aubameyang is African Footballer of the Year
African Footballer of the Year has been awarded to Gabon striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Borussia Dortmund star player received 143 votes to four-time winner Yaya Toure's 136. After accepting the award from the Confederation of African Football in Abuja, Nigeria, Aubameyang gave a thank-you speech with a message for Africa's youth.
