Who's Kate del Castillo?

The Mexican actress set up a secret meeting between Sean Penn and the world's most wanted drug boss, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, in the mountains of Mexico while he was on the run, in October 2014. He was captured last week. Katy Watson has this profile.
