Spain in Deadlock

Spain鈥檚 new parliament begins today, but the country is still without a government. Mike Johnson talks to Bego帽a Villacis, a senior member of the country鈥檚 Ciudadanos party, about the fundamental disagreements between policy makers about the direction of the Spanish economy. And the UK boss Volkswagen, is brought before the UK Parliament鈥檚 environment committee over the company鈥檚 emissions cheating scandal. Rebecca Pow and Angela Smith, who serve on the committee, explains their thoughts on what Europe's biggest car maker had to say.
