Can Libyans defeat Islamic State militants?
Oil facilities in Libya have been the target of repeated attacks from suspected Islamic State militants, in recent days. The Head of the United Nations Mission in Libya, Martin Kobler, has been telling Newsday why the organisation calling itself Islamic State is stepping up its operations in this North African country:
