Labour MEP Claude Moraes who chairs the European Parliament's Home Affairs Committee is attending a meeting on dispersal of immigrants and believes that 鈥渨e are now paying the price鈥� for the member states鈥� 鈥渋nertia鈥�.

Last September, after months of argument, the EU agreed a plan to share out 160,000 migrants. So far, 331 have been moved.
