World 400 metres champion Wayde van Niekerk feels drug cheats in athletics should get a permanent ban from sport.

The South African won his 400m metres title cleanly at the Bejing athletics World Champsionships in 2015 and he told Â鶹Éç Sportsworld's Lee James that he cannot understand why others feel the need to cheat:
