Emergency brake on migrant benefits "best solution"
The Czech Republic's Europe Minister, Tomas Prouza, says that the proposed 鈥榚mergency brake鈥� on migrant benefits is a good idea. David Cameron has said the idea to restrict in-work benefits for EU migrants is "encouraging" but not yet strong enough.
