Will tougher penalties stop acid attacks?
Concern over the level of acid attacks has led to a new law being passed in Colombia in South American. It provides harsher penalties for those found to be responsible. Our reporter Natalio Cosoy has been to meet Natalia Ponce de Leon, who inspired the new law.
