When Omer Eltigani moved from Sudan to the UK, he couldn鈥檛 find the taste of home anywhere. So, he learnt to cook traditional Sudanese food himself - based on his mothers recipes.

Now he鈥檚 releasing the first non-Arabic cookbook aimed at bringing Sudanese food to tables around the world. He came to speak to Newsday and brought some tasters.
