"Expect a lot more North Korean rocket launches"

Pyongyang said it fired the rocket to place a satellite in orbit, but critics believe the real purpose was to test ballistic missile technology. The UN Security Council has promised new sanctions resolution in response to the launch. Jean H. Lee in Seoul says the red flags were there long time ago.
