The Turkish foreign ministry has blamed Russia for missile attacks on several hospitals and schools in Syria on Monday that killed dozens of people. The government in Ukraine faces a no confidence vote. And a long-lost musical score by supposed rivals & collaborators Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Italian composer Antonio Salieri - has been found in the Czech National Museum.
