"We are at a tipping point"

As protests grow over the price of tickets for the English Premier League, Mark Palios - former chief executive of the Football Association - has predicted more radical action from fans. It follows a walk-out by thousands of Liverpool fans angry at a new top price of 拢77 ($111) next season. Now fans of other clubs are considering what to do. The EPL is to earn billions through the latest TV deals around the world and fans say clubs could afford to reduce prices. Palios is also chairman of Tranmere Rovers. He spoke to Newsday's Matthew Kenyon.
