Indigenous Canadians are 'finally being heard'
Things are changing under the new administration in Canada, in particular, the importance given to the hundreds -- possibly even thousands -- of aboriginal or indigenous women who have been murdered or gone missing in recent times. Nikki Fraser is an indigenous women's rights activist.
