While there's been criticism that black actors have been shut out of the Oscars competition for the second year in a row there is at least some geographical diversity in the foreign language film category. But is it too hard to predict the winner out of the 5 nominees coming from Jordan, Denmark, Colombia, France, Hungary? Our correspondent Tom Brook gives us the odds.
