'We are looking to change the system' in Uganda
Uganda's main opposition Party - Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) - has failed to meet a 10-day deadline to legally challenge President Yoweri Museveni's victory in the election last month. Lawyers representing the leader of the party, Kizza Besigye said he couldn't present the motion to the court because Mr Besigye is not being allowed to leave the house by the authorities. Newsday's Bola Mosuro began by asking why his lawyers didn't hand down the motion on his behalf.
