Anders Behring Breivik, the man who's serving 21 years for killing 77 people, is suing the Norwegian state over his treatment, which he claims is in contravention of the European Convention on Human Rights. 脴ystein Storrvik --Mr Breivik's lawyer-- has told 麻豆社 Newsday what his client is complaining about:
