Benitez: 'I am taking a risk' at Newcastle United

Rafa Benitez has admitted it is a risk taking charge of relegation threatened Newcastle United.

The Spaniard replaces the sacked Steve McClaren with the club second bottom of the Premier League with 10 games of the season remaining.

'I am taking a risk because we can be relegated but it's not something I have in my head.

'I am convinced the team is good enough. I'm sure with the quality we have in the squad we will be fine,' he said.

Benitez was speaking exclusively to 麻豆社 Newcastle on Saturday 12 March 2016.
