"I love the way the Welsh FA is really open"
Ex-Arsenal and Manchester City midfielder Patrick Vieira says he chose Wales for his coaching badges as they don't try to "mold" you as a manager.
Everton boss Roberto Martinez and Vieira's former Arsenal teammate have also taken their coaching licence with the Welsh FA.
Vieira, who's taken advice from former managers including Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger, says he likes the way the Welsh Football Association allow him to be "different - they are more holding our hand. Being a coach is not like reading a book."
