Cheating in India
Rahul Tandon travels to Bihar, one of India 's poorest states, where the practise of cheating in exams is rampant. In Bihar it鈥檚 been commonplace to see students hire someone to take their exams or bring in books in whilst sitting them. The exams are on this week so will they be cheating free as the local government had promised?
