Women "should earn less than men"?

World tennis number one Novak Djokovic has suggested male tennis players should earn more money - in cash prizes - than their female counterparts. It all started at the Indian Wells tournament, when its organiser, Raymond Moore, said women's tennis rides on the coat-tails of the men's game.
