What is the scientific formula for making the perfect cup of tea? It's 70 years since George Orwell published his essay titled A Nice Cup of Tea, which included his eleven golden rules. Now 麻豆社 iWonder is launching a guide based on the science behind the perfect brew. For starters, the 麻豆社 asked Rajah Banarjee, who is one of India's most famous tea makers, and Kenyan tea connoisseurs in Nairobi for their tips for a perfect cup.
