A nine-year-old girl from Florida has become the youngest person ever to complete a 24-hour, 36 mile long US Navy obstacle race.

Her father, Christian Bizzotto said that Milla 鈥渃omes to the gym鈥� and trains with adults on a regular basis. She wanted to compete in the Battle Frog race after finding the kid鈥檚 courses too easy for her ability.

Christian, who is a personal trainer, helped his daughter achieve her goal race, despite thinking that the experience would be a 鈥渉umbling experience鈥� for her.

Milla, who trains for up to three hours a day, five days a week, came 19th in the women鈥檚 elite heat.
