The Cornish town cracking down on second homes
St Ives Town Council wants to prevent people from buying a second property in the area, because it has a particular shortage of affordable housing.
It is holding a referendum on whether all newly-built homes should be reserved for people who actually want to live in them.
Paul Moss spoke to people in the town about the bold new proposal.
