ICC ruling on Kenya DP Ruto & journalist Sang analysed
The International Criminal Court has decided to drop its prosecution of Kenya's deputy president, William Ruto, and the journalist Joshua Sang. Both were facing charges of crimes against humanity following the deaths of around twelve-hundred people following a bloody electoral dispute in 2008. The 麻豆社's Audrey Brown sought analysis from Saitabao Ole Kanchory, an expert in criminal law who's been following this case since the beginning.
