Why is this Pacific island running out of water?
All nations around the world are vulnerable to climate fluctuations but when the country is as small as the Pacific island nation of Palau the consequences can be serious. Palau is experiencing a drought so severe that it is in danger of running out of water. Newsday's Julian Keane spoke to Olkeriil Kazuo from the National Emergency Committee.
