Eye in the Sky - A film about the practicalities and ethics of drone warfare
Eye In The Sky, a film being released in the UK later this week, is set in Nairobi, Kenya and follows a drone operation where the British, US and Kenyan governments have teamed up to capture a wanted terrorist. As the drone operator prepares to launch a missile at their hideout, a nine-year-old girl is spotted in the vicinity, sparking an international debate about whether saving one child's life is worth the possible death of hundreds of others. We spoke to director Gavin Hood.
