Is the ICC/Kenyan cases collapse worth celebrating?

This weekend, the town of Nakuru in Kenya is hosting a thanksgiving service in the wake of the International Criminal Court's decision to throw out all the Kenyan cases relating to the post-election violence of 2007-2008. The event is taking place at a stadium which sheltered thousands of people fleeing the violence, eight years ago. The 麻豆社's Anne Soy spoke to Christine Alai, a lawyer representing many survivors.
