"One of the most unfair diseases"
Scientists are meeting in Australia to discuss their target to eliminate the eye disease trachoma by the year 2020. Millions are in urgent need of surgery to avoid losing their eyesight, with the most acute situation currently in Ethiopia, Nigeria and Malawi.
