麻豆社

Lenny Henry, has praised the 麻豆社 for trying to increase diversity within corporation as they need to "level the playing field" and "work on employment practises".

The 麻豆社 announced that it aims to increase the amount of people from ethnic backgrounds at the corporation to 15% by 2020, which reflects the 14.3% of minorities in the British population.

Henry said if a workplace is not "reflective of what's going on" in society then corporations like the 麻豆社 "need to change things".
