Neville: 'Managers in Spain don't raise their voice'
Valencia assistant manager Phil Neville says "sensitive" players have changed the way managers approach their jobs.
Recalling his playing days at Manchester United under Sir Alex Ferguson, Neville said the Scot 鈥渃hanged as a manager when more foreign players came to England鈥�.
"In Spain, it's very rare during a half-time team talk, or during training, for a manager to raise their voice,鈥� the former England defender, who also played for Everton, added.
鈥淭he players don't like it 鈥� they don鈥檛 like shouting, they like things to be calm and controlled.鈥�
