MSF: 'A violent and concerning time'
The US military has blamed an air strike on a hospital in Afghanistan last October on a combination of human error, and failures of systems and equipment. 42 people died in the attack in Kunduz. The aid agency, Medecins Sans Frontieres, which ran the hospital, has repeated its calls for an independent investigation. The Executive Director of MSF UK, Vickie Hawkins, spoke to The World Tonight.
