Is boredom more harmful than being stressed?
A Frenchman is suing his former employer for suffering what he calls 'bore out'.
Forty-four-year-old Frederic Desnard, who had a managerial job, said his 'descent into hell' was similar to a burnout but less interesting.
In 2015, 228,000 people typed the question, "Is it normal to be bored at work?" into a search engine.
Lars Fredrik Svendsen, author of 'A philosophy of boredom' and Professor of Philosophy at the University of Bergen, spoke to presenter Ritula Shah.
