Tanzania MPs foil parliamentary broadcast ban
LIVE coverage of parliamentary sessions in Tanzania are banned - the government says it is to save money. But opposition MPs believe they have found a way around the ban, which they see as an attempt to control information. Now politicians have begun to record audio and videos of their contributions with their mobile phones. They are sharing them on social media platforms. Sammy Awami asks whether anyone is watching in Dar es Salaam.
