Venezuela hospitals: 'There are days when there's no anaesthetic'
The World Tonight's Paul Moss visited a ward at Caracas University Hospital where there are empty beds as there's not enough medicine or equipment to treat people. He spoke to clinical dermatologist Doctor Elizabeth Ball about the shortages.
