Nasa discover the single largest finding of planets to date
Nasa's Kepler mission has announced that they have discovered the single largest finding of planets to date. It has also detected nine small planets within so-called habitable zones, where conditions are favourable for liquid water and potentially life. Newsday's Nomia Iqbal spoke to Dr. Natalie Batalha, the Mission Scientist for NASA's Kepler Mission.
