Is Nigeria really "fantastically corrupt"?

The Nigerian government says it's shocked by comments made by the British Prime Minister David Cameron describing the country as "fantastically corrupt." David Cameron was heard making the remarks while speaking to the Queen about this week's anti-corruption conference to be held in London. Newsday's Nkem Ifejika spoke to the Commonwealth Secretary General, Baroness Scotland.
