Should bosses ask where you went to school?
Companies are being urged to ask job applicants whether they went to private school, to stop discrimination against people from deprived backgrounds.
The Cabinet Office is consulting on a range of possible steps employers could take to improve social mobility and ensure a diverse workforce.
Seamus Nevin from the Institute of Directors and the Cabinet Office minister Matt Hancock discussed the issue with Razia Iqbal.
