Sony Pictures faces storm over the 'The Emoji Movie'
A former video game executive may hold merchandise trademarks for some of the emojis in an upcoming film, but Sony Pictures is still going ahead with production and have set the release date for 2017. Could the legal battle halt the production? Is it :) or :( for the 'The Emoji Movie' crew? David Willis reports.
